First Quarter Releases

Slot.it have released some news regarding their upcoming releases for the first quarter of 2014.  The Matra of course looks amazing and is shaping up to the the most anticipated release for 2014.

Looking past the Matra however, the Audi R18 will be released as a 4WD, yep 4WD!  The Toyota 88C Minolta livery has always been a favourite of mine as has the green Porsche 911 GT1 EVO 98.  Although a little like a Shell livery, the Momo Porsche 956KH also looks damn impressive.  2014 is shaping up very nicely from a Slot.it perspective.

NEWS: Slot.it October

Slot.it October Releases

Joseline has just sent news on the Slot.it's October release (26th/28th) of these 2 new striking liveries. The CA06e Mercedes Sauber C9 - #63, 3rd Supercup Nuerburgring Sept. 1987, driven by Mike Thackwell and the CA11c Alfa Romeo 33/3 #54, 1st 1000 Km Brands Hatch 1971 driven by H.Pescarolo and A.De Adamich.

I have a feeling the Supercup Nuerburgring C9 is going to be an overnight classic so get one when you can!

NEWS: Racer Alfa T33/3

Racer RCR47A/B

Alfa Romeo T33/3 #4 and #6

These photos in from Racer of the just released Alfa Romeo T33/3, enjoy.

Car number 6 (RCR47B) is the Alfa Romeo T33/3 that won the Buenos Aires 200 miles during 1970. It was driven by A.deAdamich and P.Courage.

Car number 4 (RCR47A) is the Alfa Romeo T33/3 that raced in the Buenos Aires 1000kms during 1970. It was driven by N.Galli/R.Stommelen.

As you would expect from Racer, the detail levels and paint finish on these new Alfas looks just amazing. Unfortunately I only have the pleasure of owning a single Racer but you certainly can tell a Racer when you see it. A slot car almost too beautiful to drive, almost. Front grill and intake detail look stunning, you have to love the Alfa Romeo heart and logo on the front grill.
