ENTERS THE SLOT CAR MARKET
Some big news to come out of the Nürnberg Toy Fair is HPI Racing announcing they will be entering the 1/32 slot car market. HPI are well know for their excellent diecast models and remote control cars. As a result, it would be a fair assumption to say that any 1/32 slot released by HPI will have a high degree of detail. That's something we ALL like!
The most exciting thing about HPI getting into slot cars, (for me anyway) is their choice of the Nissan Skyline GT-R[R32] as their début slot car release! I have no details as to liveries, etc. but a safe bet would be a street car as the first release.
I have contacted HPI Racing and will hopefully have some semi-completed images of the R32 for you soon.
