Scalextric C3082/C3083 Pro Performance Kits
Aston Martin DB9R & Chevrolet Impala
Look out for these new Pro Performance kits from Scalextric, each kit contains approximately 40 pieces and allows the user to experiment with multiple gearing and motor configurations. Each kit contains 3 motors (20,000rpm, 25,000rpm and 30,000rpm) and 5 spur and pinion gears, (see contents below).
Initially Scalextric will be releasing 2 of their most popular models, Aston Martin DB9R and Chevrolet Impala but I'm sure the line-up will be expanded in 2010. Slots will be white allowing slotters to customise their own slot and with prices starting around 10 pound more than a standard Scalextric slot they are bound to be popular.
