For 2010, Scalextric have announced some very exciting all new models releases to add to their already impressive LMP/GT range. The Audi R8 GT3 is sure to be a HUGE hit with slot fans as is the Lola Aston Martin that ran at Le Mans 24hrs in 2009.
The Lola Aston has been raced in some fantastic liveries (except fro the Gulf livery) including the impressive 'Rebellion' silver/red and silver/blue race cars.
Also to be released will be the McLaren SLR GT 722 which has already been released by Carrera. The Carrera version seems to have some accuracy and scale issues so let's hope the Scalextric release sorts these out. The McLaren SLR 722 GT has also been announced as the 2010 Scalextric membership car which is bound to be a popular choice.
Scalextric will be releasing more details about their exciting 2010 release range later in January.
