NEWS: Scalextric XB Falcon GT

Scalextric Ford XB Falcon GT
C3402, Allan Moffat Racing, Bathurst 1974

The second livery to be released by Scalextric in the popular Ford XB Falcon GT will be the 'Allan Moffat Racing' livery raced at Bathurst in 1974.  Bound to sell-out as quickly as the first release, the number 33 (Brut 33) livery looks impressive.  The car was driven by Allan Moffat and Dieter Glemser and was a DNF after qualifying 15th on the grid.

From Wikipedia: 'The Ford XB Falcon is a car which was produced by Ford Australia between 1973 and 1976 and was built exclusively in Australia. It bore minor cosmetic differences to the preceding model, the XA, aimed at giving the car a more muscular stance. First time equipment offerings included standard front disc brakes on all models and an available carpeted interior.'

Agreed, I'm not so sure about the black around the no. 33 on the door however. I'm looking forward to seeing photos of the Scalextric model and in the flesh.
